Administrative Assistant
Mainstay Capital Management is seeking an investment professional interested in
a rewarding career opportunity. The ideal candidate would have over three years
financial services experience, preferably in the investment industry, and
possess a business degree. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is required.
This position has a wide range of responsibilities to include, scheduling and
coordinating meetings and seminars, preparing reports and correspondences for
various groups, as well as providing administrative support to the firm’s team.
Candidate must be a flexible, open-minded team player with excellent
organizational and technological skills. Candidate must be proactive, possess
the ability to handle multiple tasks, able to work independently or in a team,
have strong attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively and
constructively with clients and coworkers. Candidate will also need excellent
