New Inteva Plan Administrator

Inteva Products has announced several important dates surrounding the transfer of 401(k) funds from Fidelity to Principal Financial Group. December 14th will be the last day to make deferral changes for the December 31, 2010 pay date and December 29th will be the last day to make deferral changes for the January 15, 2011 pay date.

December 31st will be the last day to request changes in investment direction choices for new contributions or request transfers among investment options at Fidelity. December 31st is also the date that retirement funds will be liquidated at Fidelity. The funds will then transfer from Fidelity to Principal Financial Group on January 3rd.

January 13, 2011 is the expected completion date for the transition process. Once the transition process is complete, you will have full access to the retirement account information at Principal Financial Group.
